Louisiana & Texas folks - if you are lucky enough Louisiana & Texas folks - if you are lucky enough to have power please take steps to conserve energy!!

This is a matter of life & death.

Winter Storm Uri has brought freezing temperatures to the gulf states. Both Entergy & ERCOT have said that the power grid can not support the energy demand. Entergy has specifically requested that people conserve energy between 5 pm - 9 pm.

Thousands are without power in freezing temperatures.

Take care of your neighbors - reduce your power consumption & check in on those most vulnerable.

We mourn the loss of abolitionist organizer and de We mourn the loss of abolitionist organizer and dear comrade Karen Smith. The fire they kept going for decades for the collapse of the carceral state ignites infernos anew in all who knew, loved and worked with her.
Until every cage is open "we will fight harder."
